Robben and Ribery combine to ensure Guardiola's fine start continues at Bayern

Bayern Munich kept pace with Borussia Dortmund at the top of the Bundesliga with Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben both on target in a 2-0 win over Nurnberg.
Nurnberg went closest to breaking the deadlock as Bayern struggled to get their game going in the first half, although David Alaba missed a penalty for the hosts.
When Pep Guardiola's side found top gear in the second half, though, there was only one side who was going to win with wingers Ribery and Robben clinching their third straight win.

Sidney Sam was on target twice for Bayer Leverkusen as they moved into a four-way tie for top spot in the Bundesliga with a 4-2 win over Borussia Monchengladbach.
Stefan Kiessling scored first before setting up Sam to give Leverkusen a two-goal lead at the interval.
Martin Stranzl and Juan Arango brought Gladbach back on terms, but Sam's second and a Gonzalo Castro goal ensured Sami Hyypia's men extended their perfect start to the season.
Hannover took three points from a dramatic clash with Schalke, increasing the pressure on visiting coach Jens Keller.
Szabolcs Huszti set them on their way from the penalty spot after Benedikt Howedes was sent off inside 15 minutes for a foul on Mame Diouf, who then headed the second goal from Huszti's cross.
Adam Szalai cut the deficit but then missed an open goal and despite Huszti's dismissal, Schalke were unable to find an equaliser and were reduced to nine men with Christian Fuchs receiving his second yellow card five minutes from the end.
There were three more players sent off and six goals at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena as Hoffenheim and Freiburg drew 3-3.
Sejad Salihovic was Hoffenheim's hero and villain in a matter of seconds as he put the hosts ahead from a ninth-minute penalty but was sent off for raising his hands to Julian Schuster during the celebrations.

The visitors lost Francis Coquelin and coach Christian Streich to red cards before the interval but took the lead for the first time through Sebastian Freis in the 65th minute.
Tobias Strobl levelled in the 77th minute before the final red card of the game was shown to Freiburg substitute Admir Mehmedi in stoppage time.
Mainz won 2-0 at home to Wolfsburg, who also ended the match short-handed.
Maxim Choupo-Moting opened the scoring on the hour and Wolfsburg's Luis Gustavo was sent off four minutes later before Nicolai Muller made the game safe (78).
Hertha Berlin beat Hamburg 1-0 in the early-evening match.
Adrian Ramos scored the only goal in the 74th minute, tapping home from close range after good work down the left flank by Anis Ben-Hatira and Nico Schulz.
